Autosint is designed for lawful open-source intelligence gathering. This policy defines prohibited activities to protect our users, third parties, and the integrity of the platform.
2. Permitted Uses
- Background checks with consent of the subject
- Fraud prevention and identity verification
- Journalistic investigation in the public interest
- Security research and threat intelligence
- Due diligence for business transactions
- Finding your own digital footprint
3. Prohibited Uses
You MUST NOT use Autosint for:
- Stalking or harassment — Tracking, monitoring, or intimidating any person
- Doxxing — Publishing private information to threaten or endanger someone
- Discrimination — Making employment, housing, credit, or insurance decisions based on protected characteristics
- Illegal surveillance — Monitoring individuals in violation of applicable law
- Child exploitation — Any investigation targeting minors for harmful purposes
- Spam or phishing — Using gathered information for unsolicited contact campaigns
- Circumventing access controls — Attempting to access non-public systems or data
- Impersonation — Pretending to be law enforcement or another authority
4. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, FCRA, and local privacy regulations. Autosint is not a consumer reporting agency and may not be used as one.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement. We reserve the right to review investigations for policy compliance.
