By accessing or using Autosint ("Service"), operated by Zeroday ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Autosint is an AI-powered open-source intelligence investigation platform. The Service aggregates publicly available information and applies AI analysis to generate reports. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data returned.
3. Account & Credits
You must create an account to use the Service. New accounts receive 25 trial credits. Additional credits may be purchased via our credit packs. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any consequences thereof.
5. Intellectual Property
Investigation results generated for you are yours. The Service itself, including its code, design, and AI models, remains the property of Zeroday.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZERODAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
