Usage data: Investigation queries, credit transactions, and interaction logs necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

• To provide and operate the Service
• To process credit purchases and track usage
• To detect abuse and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy
• To communicate service updates and security notices

3. Data Retention

Investigation results are stored as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your investigation data at any time by contacting us. Account data is retained for as long as you maintain an account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• AI providers — Investigation queries are sent to AI models for analysis
• OSINT data providers — Queries are sent to third-party APIs to retrieve publicly available information

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@zeroday.academy.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
